Doing deep and transformative work doesn’t have to be hard or heavy and you don't have to be with someone for 'help' or reflection only when in crisis or struggling.

We can simply want things to be better, easier or more fun, to know we are embodying on a new level.

We all need a support network and sometimes the people around us (though they may be brilliant!..) aren’t able to offer the neutral, un agenda’ed space we need to allow our our clarity and reflections.

That’s why I offer what I offer here.

Personal Sessions 1:1

A personal session is supported time dedicated entirely to you.

I help create a neutral, open and light space, fertile to allow anything that is ready to be seen or move.

Space for you to bring in your own knowing, desire and power.

Whether we are lighting up current stagnations or interferences or lighting up the newness and excitements wanting to be embodied or shared, we will approach this with curiosity and playfulness to encourage your enjoyment and ease.

Sessions are usually between 50 minutes and 1hr 20minutes.

Held online or in person dependent on location

If you're looking for more clarity, alignment and/ or strategy, a space to talk about you idea or plan to get clear for yourself verbalising and you want to have fun doing it, here is the space for you.

It's creative listening, cheerleading and if wanted strategising from someone who has been in the arts for a couple of decades and understands the need to explore creative pursuits with reflection from others, be that for yourself and your own practice or for a specific project or purpose.
